Our WHy
You’re probably thinking… do we need another coffee blog? Probably not. But I needed an excuse to justify the caffeine habit, so here we are.
But honestly — I believe every city, every shop, and every cup has something worth learning from. If I'm going to build a great coffee shop one day, I can't just imagine it into existence. I have to walk into as many rooms as possible, pay attention, and take notes.
That's what this is. Field Notes isn't a coffee blog. It's research with better lighting.
